DALE L. FRINK

NORTH DAKOTA STATE ENGINEER

Dale L. Frink was appointed on June 1, 2001, by the North Dakota State Water Commission as North Dakota's l6th State Engineer.  He also serves as the Chief Engineer and Secretary to the State Water Commission.

After graduating from Parshall High School, he attended North Dakota State University in Fargo where he received a Master of Science Degree in Agricultural Engineering in l971. Frink is a registered professional engineer in North Dakota.

During his 30 years with the State Water Commission, Frink also served as manager of the Southwest Pipeline Project, Director of Water Development, and Assistant State Engineer.

Frink is a member of the North Dakota Water Users Association, Rotary International, and the Association of State Dam Safety Officials.
